The best ingredients I take care of the daily receipt of fresh ingredients. Every ingredient is carefully checked and evaluated on arrival; both for temperature and shelf life, as well as for visual aspects. This control is extremely important, because only the best ingredients make the best spreads.
When they come in, the products are recorded on the computer and allocated a place in the warehouse from where they are later picked. This enables us to guarantee traceability at every stage of the production process, from the raw ingredient to the final product.
