The Signature Foods position is growing rapidly and in order to properly facilitate and guide that growth in staffing, we are looking for a Corporate Recruiter.

This role requires an assertive, enterprising and driven colleague. You will be given the opportunity to give your own twist to the recruitment process. You do this together with the HR team and colleagues from the business units you work with.

As a Corporate Recruiter you will work in the Netherlands to supervise the recruitment process. Internally you relieve the departments with regard to their open vacancies and you advise the vacancy holders. There is also scope for further structuring the network with schools, local players in the labor market and external parties.

Because you interact with vacancy holders and candidates within different positions, branches and business units on a daily basis, the position of Corporate Recruiter at Signature Foods is very varied and challenging.

What are you going to do?

- You become the Signature Foods business card for candidates and network;
- You remain involved during the recruitment and selection as well as during the onboarding phase;
- Profile interviews;
- Drafting job descriptions and job descriptions;
- Conducting job interviews;
- Advising vacancy holders and management;
- Maintaining contact with (potential) candidates;
- Organizing open days;
- Develop innovative recruitment activities.

What are we looking for?

- HBO/WO work and thinking level;
- 5 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter;
- Assertiveness and entrepreneurship is indispensable;
- Willing to travel between locations in the Netherlands;
- Available 32 to 40 hours a week;
- Good command of the Dutch and English language. German is an advantage;
- Knowledge of the FMCG market is an advantage;
- Knowledge of AFAS/InSite is an advantage.
